How to convert (transfer) your earnings on PlayUp
Are you new to PlayUp and finding it difficult to convert your earnings into actual airtime? This guide will take you through the steps and provide the information you need for a successful transfer.
Top-up Earnings:
Top-up earnings are all the funds you have obtained from the top-up modules. Top-up modules are solely managed by the management, and you may not be qualified to take part in the Treasure Hunt and PlayUp contest if you do not meet the benchmark set for this module.
Your Wallet:
The funds available for conversion to airtime are stored in your wallet. This includes the units you have earned from referral bonuses, top-up earnings, treasure hunts, games, gifts, and other sources on the platform. Once you make a conversion, the units will be deducted from your wallet.
How to Convert Units:
If you are certain that you have sufficient funds, click on the ‘Convert Units’ button located beside the units in your wallet, as shown in the previous image. You will then be redirected to a page where you can convert the units in your wallet to actual airtime.
NOTE: Your unit does not represent your airtime worth. It is calculated based on a conversion rate, such as 1 unit = 0.5 Naira, which is determined by the management and reviewed from time to time.
To convert your units to airtime, enter the amount you want to convert in multiples of 50 (e.g., 50, 100, 150, etc.) and then click on the “Convert” button.
