A short daytime nap, not even more than an hour, will help neutralize excess cortisol (the stress hormone). Such a break is generally refreshing, reduces the risk of migraines, headaches, and promotes recovery.

In addition, it helps to restore the regimen. According to experienced doctors, the opinion that daytime sleep will make it hard to fall asleep at night is nothing more than a myth. And a short rest during the day, on the contrary, will have a beneficial effect on the mode.

❗️Behind the root of the tongue is the supraglottic cartilage (epiglottis). It closes the entrance to the larynx when a food lump is swallowed, then opens to allow air to pass into the larynx and then through the respiratory tract.

microscopy is a really important tool for psychologists. It helps us see super tiny things, like cells and molecules, which are too small to see with our eyes alone. This helps us understand how the brain works and why we behave the way we do.

As we move forward, microscopy keeps being a big part of our exploration. It's getting even better at showing us tinier details, and it's teaming up with fancy technologies like computers that learn things. This teamwork helps us find new stuff and learn more about the mind and behavior.

So, in a big nutshell, microscopy is like our super tiny detective helping us discover the secrets of the mind. And as science and technology grow, it's going to keep showing us amazing things we never knew before.

PART 3

" He later started acting like a changed person. I started managing his shop to avoid him running it down again. Business started booming again and I began keeping late nights on a daily basis because we closed as late as 11-12am.

My mum noticed I was keeping late nights and warned me to stop, but I was too committed to make that business boom again, I didn't listen.

Semester ended and I packed my stuff to go home for holiday. I decided to first go to his shop and then go home from there after sales and also give him the key to my hostel so he could use it till I resume.

As usual we closed so late and on our way home we entered a bus not knowing they were robbers. They were all armed, took all the money we got that night, our phones, my handbag and all my belongings that I was supposed to go back home with.

I suggested going to his family house to lay our heads till the next morning since we had no money on us and his house was more close to us. Besides I was so cold and scared of meeting more harm that night. He refused!

With anger, I summoned courage and we had to trek a very long distance back to my hostel. It was then I realized that my key was in my handbag that I already lost.

I felt so frustrated and broke down in tears.

I knocked on one of my hostel mates and after a short explanation, she allowed me pass the night. That was my first and only time of being robbed. I couldn't sleep, I was in terrible fear till morning. It seemed to be a very long night. I didn't even talk to my boyfriend when I saw him, didn't even know where he slept.

As early as 6am, I was about going to make a statement at the nearest police station when I saw him lying close to the wall in deep sleep. I tapped him and asked him to follow me to the station.

We trekked to that place, wrote our statements and I took a drop back to my home(my mom paid)while he left for his shop."

PART 4

"My mom was very mad at me for not listening to her after hearing my experience that night. She got me a new phone that same week and I retrieved my line. Luckily for me, my SIM was backed up so I didn't lose my contacts. I was still traumatized and never stopped cursing those robbers.

After 3 weeks, I got a call from an unknown number and it was my boyfriend. He told me that a guy came to his shop to play bet wearing my silver bracelet, wristwatch and my red T-shirt. I immediately called the police officer I met when we wrote our statement.

The policeman and his team responded swiftly, arrested the guy and then called me over to the station. I got there and saw my boyfriend with them. I identified my belongings and showed them a picture of me wearing those items on Facebook.

The boy was detained and after some days of torture, he gave them the information of his cohorts and they were arrested.

I paid and they were charged to court, after up to six different sittings in court, they were sent to prison. It was my first time of having anything to do with police and lawyers. I felt happy that justice was served.

My boyfriend came apologizing and I accepted. I found out that he had parked into one of his distant uncle's house instead of renting an apartment and he also fixed his car.

I asked why he chose to stay there and he said he'd stay there for a short time before getting his own place. I didn't object to it.

For the first time he agreed to come to my church. He came thrice after my persuasion and stopped. It wasn't long before he started cheating again.

One fateful day, I came to meet him at his uncle's place so we could go church. I met him dressing up with his uncle's cousins. I asked what the occasion was and he said they were going to hang out with one of their village guys that just came back from abroad.

I was skeptical about it and I reminded him that we were supposed to go to church. He picked offense and told me that I should stop disturbing him with church matters. They all entered his car and drove off.

That night I was so worried, I kept calling him to know if things were alright or atleast know if they got back safely and he didn't pick. "

“What?” Zoe exclaimed in surprise
“Just delete it” Arabella said
“Sorry, but he has already seen it” She said looking Zoe with a baby face.
“What? When? How?” Zoe asked confused
“Which one do you want her to answer?” Arabella asked chuckling
“And he sent a reply” Charvi announced
“What did he say?” Zoe asked feeling nervous
“He sent a smiling emoji and ‘lack dancing skills but have a great voice’ “ Charvi read the message out
“And he also said, he is sure saving it” Charvi added with a smile
“What does he know about dancing? Who gave him the right to rate me? And why is he saving the video?” Zoe asked angrily
“You have his number, you can call him” Charvi grin
Arabella chuckled again.
“It all your fault. If you had not recorded it, this won't happen” Zoe said to Charvi
“How is it my fault? it's all your fault Zoe, if you have not tried to take the phone I won’t have send it to me the wrong person” Charvi responded trying to defend herself
“sent” Charvi told both girls. With no emotion on her face
“Who did you send it to?” Charvi asked with her teeth grind together
“Calm down girl, I sent it to you and Arabella” Charvi replied
“Received” Arabella replied
“Received” Zoe said
“Let the game begin” Charvi declared
“Okay” Zoe said
“I will watch” Arabella said
“Okay. You can watch me win her” Charvi
“Just keep on dreaming” Zoe tells her
After playing for hours, Charvi won through their entire play. Arabella always smiled when Zoe complains, while Charvi laughs hard. It was already afternoon.
“Let’s just play this last time” Zoe said
“You have been saying that for a long time now” Charvi responded already tired
A knock was heard outside the door
“Who is there?” Charvi asked softly looking at the door
“Antony” A male voice relied
“Antony? Where will I hid? He can’t see me, no I can’t see him” Zoe said in whisper as she freak out
Charvi giggled
“Come in” Charvi said

PART 1

"I'm from Ideato south. My father is late and things has really been hard for my mom and us.

My paternal uncle is responsible for my father's demise. He confirmed it, mocked us with it and told us that we will never breathe and truly we have not been breathing.

My mom sells garden egg leaves at Onitsha. She's always suffering one poison or the other especially during planting and harvest season.

She has been moving from one church to another looking for solution that we still haven't found.

She couldn't afford to train us in school, we all stopped at senior secondary school except our lastborn who is still in SS1.

My eldest brother travelled to the north to serve one of our kinsman for over 11years now and hasn't returned home. He doesn't pick our calls for over 2 years now and we don't know the area he stays in Kaduna.

Our kindsman that took him told us that he settled him with 200k last three years after he served him for 8 years, so he doesn't know his whereabout.

My mom cries everyday asking God to bring back her son. We've tried different methods of prayers and spiritual works and end up spending the money we don't even have still with no solution.

My eldest sister started behaving strangely two years after my father's death, we overlooked it and before you know it it became more serious.

We've taken her to so many spiritualist to no avail. She's in the village now with my mom cos her mental health has been damaged, it hurts to call her a mad person.

Our second daughter got pregnant in 2019 and after 2 months the man that got her pregnant came, paid her dowry and took her to Owerri.

I was staying with my aunt at anambra who was seriously maltreating me. I couldn't tell my mom cos I know she can't take care of all of us if I come back home.

One day, my mom called to tell me that my sister wants me to come to Owerri with her so I can help her in their house. I was happy I was finally leaving my aunt's house.

When I got to my sister's house, she and her husband were living in a 1 bedroom flat so I was staying in the parlor, I sleep on the floor with the wrapper my mom gave me. My sister sells foodstuffs so every morning I go to her shop and come back at night.

My sister's husband doesn't do anything and doesn't contribute anything to the house. My sister does everything(before I came to help her)and he still hits her even while pregnant.

He slapped my sister in my presence one time for telling him that she had no money when he asked for it.

I called my mom and told her, my mom called my sister to hear her own part and told her to come home instead of dying there. My sister denied being beaten and as they ended the call, she started scolding me.

She said I wanted to destroy her marriage and will not tolerate it. She warned me clearly to stay away from her marital issues.

My sister and her husband became very mean to me, they will leave all chores including washing his pants for him. My sister stopped giving me food and seized my phone .

I didn't want to tell mom about it so I decided to leave their house. I wasn't planning on going back to the village either cos my mum will still look for where to send me just to lessen her burden....."

PART 2

"....I already made a very friend at her shop, he has been asking me out but I was yet to give him an answer. I went to shop that day and waited for the guy cos he always patronizes us, he came and I told him I've accepted to date him and he was so happy.

I started taking money from the shop to atleast eat once without my sister's consent. I was eating one day in her shop when she walked in and she let all heavens loose on me and was telling people that I stole from her.

She was hitting me but I didn't defend myself because she was pregnant. Her neighbors couldn't do anything cos they weren't in good terms with her and doesn't want to involve in anything concerning her.

My boyfriend was coming to buy something and saw what was happening and intervened.
It was at that point that I broke down in tears and started telling him everything I've been going through in my sister's house.

He calmed the situation diplomatically and took me away from there.
He took me to a restaurant and bought me food, he wasn't happy that I hid all those things from him and he suggested that I come to live with him.

I agreed without hesitation and we went to my sister's house together. We met her husband and he didn't utter a word. I packed my things and we left.

I was living happily with my boyfriend, he provided all I needed, got me a new phone and retrieved my line. He was the first and only man that saw my nakedness.

He was a plumber and had a bike that he uses commercially whenever he doesn't have any plumbing work to do.

It wasn't up to a week after I retrieved my line, my mom called me and was at the top of her voice expressing her dissapointment in me. My sister told her I was stealing from her, left her house and had started selling my body for money.

My mom didn't allow me to talk, she told me that she regrets giving birth to me and I'll face disapointment all my life just the way I've disappointed her and ended the call. I cried helplessly throughout that day.

I told my boyfriend everything when he got back from work and he was speechless. He assured me things will be fine with time. He asked me if I was interested to learn a skill and I told him I would learn hair dressing.

The next day we went hunting for where would be suitable for me to learn hairdressing and the requirements for it. We found somewhere that was quite far from where we was living. He collected the list from them and we left. On our way home, he bought some of the things on the list.

We got home and discussed of how I would start work. He said he will give me transport and feeding money everyday but will come to pick me anytime we close so late especially during December period. I was so happy that night.

We went back there the next day with everything he bought, we filled the agreement form and he signed as my surety. I was welcomed officially and he left. I was so happy that a new phase has started for me.

I would always see my sister either on my way to work or while coming back from work and she would act like she doesn't know me and doesn't even respond to my greeting.

I came back from work one evening and my boyfriend told me that he helped my sister on his way back from work. She fell into labour at her shop and was looking for a bike when he saw her so he gave her a lift.

He also helped her call her husband to come to the hospital. He waited for more than an hour and her husband wasn't there yet so he left..."

PART 1

"My parents are clergies and they always preach against premarital s.e.x. My mother particularly would always ring it in my ear.

I began dating at age 20, I was already in the university and I did my best to maintain celibacy but It was very hard for my partner.

He tried all his best to make me have a change of mind but I stood my ground. I never spend a night at his place and I hardly spend time in any closed space with him.

He began cheating on me and whenever I confront him, he will say I was starving him and he didn't want to masturbate. He will still apologize and I'll start preaching to him of how he's offending God.

One evening, we went for a comedy event which ended very late (10:45pm) and we didn't want to go before the end of the show cos we spent money on ticket and the event was very interesting too.

When we were about to go, it began to rain heavily and we couldn't get a cab. We were waiting for the rain to stop and it was getting more dark so he suggested we trek to his house since his house was closer than mine.

We started walking home under the rain and I was scared cos it was so dark and the route to his place is quite lonely and narrow even during the day.

He told me not to be scared that it's his area and nothing will happen. We kept walking so fast and we were already in the narrow street that was a bit close to his house.

I began to perceive the smell of weed and I told him that we need to go back cos my heart was already sinking into my stomach at that point.

He told me we can't go back because we were almost at his place. We almost began to argue when we heard footsteps coming out of the bush behind us and we began to run.

They didn't chase after us, we only heard a whistle sound and two guys came out from the bush in front. We had already run into them, we looked behind and three guys were just close to us.

They brought out their guns and threatened to shoot us if we make any sound or move, I froze. They pointed their guns to our head and asked us to give them everything we had.

I gave them mine, my boyfriend hesitated and they began to beat him up. They took everything from him and two of the guys r.a.p.e.d me while the other three kept hitting my boyfriend.

When they were satisfied, they asked us to lie with our faces to the ground and they left with our phones and money.

It was like a movie to me. I lost the virginity I vowed to keep till I get married in the most hurting and despicable manner to a c.r.im.in.al...not even a friend or someone I loved! I just laid there crying.

My boyfriend got up and came to me, he held me up and begged me to keep my cool till we get home to avoid drawing more harmful attention to us...."

PART 3

"....He begged me to go and stay with my sister at the hospital till her husband comes. After much pleas, I went reluctantly. I got there, she saw me and couldn't utter a word. I just greeted her and sat down.

The doctor said she can't do normal delivery cos the baby's heartbeat was already too high and the more the contractions, the higher the risk of loosing her baby so the only option was CS.

My sister refused and said her pastor assured her of giving birth like Hebrew woman. The doctor immediately referred us to another hospital.

I was not having it at all and her husband was still not there yet so I took her phone and called my mum cos my mum wouldn't pick if I call her with my line.

She picked and I went straight to the point so that she won't bang the call on me. She asked me to give my sister the phone and after some back and forth my sister gave in and then we left to FMC

We got there and the doctor said the same thing the previous doctor said, my sister asked him to commence with the CS. We were asked to deposit money before the surgery and it became another problem, my sister had only 20k. I called my boyfriend and he sent 30k making it 50k.

The doctor sedated her and commenced the surgery. Not up to 20mins I was called into the theater to bear witness that it was a stillbirth. Tears rolled down my cheeks as I was excused from the theater.

I called my mom immediately and told her what happened, she told me to hide it from my sister until she comes from the village.
It was after the call that my sister's husband came in and started asking me stupid questions.

I was so annoyed
and I just walked out without saying a word to him. I went home so I can freshen up and come back while her husband stays with her.

On my way home, I called my mom and asked her to tell my sister's husband what the situation was and what he should tell my sister about her baby. When I got there, my sister was already awake and her husband was there too.

She was in severe pains, I felt so bad for her. She asked me of her baby and I told her that whatever her husband told her was true, all she needs is to relax her mind, get enough strength and heal very well.

I stayed there with her for 1 whole week, sleeping on the floor and skipping work. It wasn't easy at all. I clean her everyday, change her pad, help her sit and lie whenever she wants and still put up with her queries of the whereabout of her baby.

My sister remained very ungrateful and rude to me. She never asked me if I had eaten or even thanked me or my boyfriend for coming to her aid. Her husband on the other hand left that same day he came. He comes every two days and doesn't bring money or food while coming.

My mom came, she told my sister what happened. It was a very hard pill for my sister to swallow, she created a huge scene. My mom managed to calm her down but my sister never stopped crying.

Her pastor and some members came to see her, they prayed for her and left without giving her a dime. I told my mom that I needed to go home and she obliged.

I resumed work and each day after work I go home to bring food and my cloth for the next day and head to the hospital. I went to work everyday from the hospital. This routine continued, my boyfriend took care of all the money I've been spending.

When it was time for my sister to get discharged, the hospital brought a bill of 200,000 and she had no money to pay so we started scampering for money.

My mum brought 40,000 I pleaded with my boyfriend again to help them and he gave me 60,000 which I gave my mom and she didn't ask me how I got it.

I left and that was the last time I saw my sister. I don't know how they got the rest of the money to settle the bill. I was just calling once in a while to check on her. I continued going to work and everything came back to normalcy for me.

After 2 months, I was at work when I got a call that my boyfriend had an accident with his bike, the person that hit him ran away and my boyfriend was being rushed to a nearby hospital. The news was a huge shock to me, I picked my bag and headed straight the hospital.

When I got to the hospital, I saw them at the gate and they told me the hospital rejected him. We went to another hospital from there and he was rejected as well. We finally went to Imo specialist hospital, they asked me to get a card for him and they admitted him immediately. They did the routine tests and commenced treatment..."

PART 2

"...I felt so numb as we walked to his house without speaking a word to each other. It was just tears rolling down my cheeks uncontrollably.

I kept asking God so many questions, what did I do to deserve this? Why did he allow that happen to me? Why didn't he intervene with a thunder strike or something? Is that the reward for trying my best to please him?

I was lost in those numerous questions on my mind that I didn't even know when we got home.

I went into the bathroom to have a thorough bathe and as the water went down my body, I bursted into a loud cry.

My boyfriend started knocking on the door but I didn't open. I was even mad at him, perhaps if he didn't hesitate in giving those guys his phone and money, they would have let us go without any harm.

I spent more than an hour I'm the bathroom, when I came out I saw him drinking a bottle of The lords dry gin. I didn't speak to him, I quietly laid on the bed.

Each time I tried to shut my eyes, I kept seeing a replay of everything that happened that night and sleep was very far away from me.

After about an hour, he came to lie on the bed and the next thing I felt was his hands caressing my b.o.o.bs.

I screamed in fear and jumped out of the bed and to my greatest surprise he was having an erection. He was drunk too and started begging me to sleep with him.

I couldn't process that level of m.adness from him, I just picked my purse to leave and he said "shey, this is what I've been begging you for and you were claiming sister Mary, are you still a virgin now? What again is your excuse?"

I couldn't believe those words actually came out of the same lips of a man that has been professing love to me. Those words pierced me like an arrow and hot tears rushed out of my eyes.

I just walked out and shut the door behind me. I just sat on the stairs and waited till it was bright enough for me to go home. He didn't come after me, I only heard him locking his door.

I trekked home as soon it was morning, my mom asked why I didn't come home last night and my phone has been off. She told me of a dream she had about me that night which she interpreted as my life being in danger.

Her dream was quite accurate but I told her that I lost my phone at the event and I slept at my girlfriend's place cos the event ended so late. I already knew what her reaction would be if i told her what actually happened.

We resumed school the next week and I went back to my hostel. I hated God so much, stopped going to church, and even dived into a new relationship with anger. I was done with the good girl life since God wasn't kind enough to protect me..."

PART 3(FINAL PART)

...."By late January 2020, I came back to my landlady's place and she gave me one empty room to stay.

She gave me a mat, wrapper and asked me to stay there pending when she'll rent out the room.

She took me like her son, her children loved me especially her last daughter. I helped them with some chores like fetching water, errands etc.

When they cook, they'll first call me to come and take mine before they eat, they showed me love my brother didn't show me.

To my surprise, one day my landlady's son accused me of sleeping with his sister because of our closeness which God in heaven knows I never did, I never for one day had the thought in me.

This caused serious issue in their family, he asked me to pack out of their house.
I had to leave and went to stay with my immediate elder Sister who just rented her own apartment.

This was how I kept packing and leaving from one place to another.

Things were moving well for some months before my Sister decided to change to something I don't know.. Whenever we have little misunderstanding as siblings, she will take it extremely, say really hurtful words to me, remind me that my mates are living alone while I'm still squatting, she will tell me I irritate her, I have body odour etc

One night we had little issue and she started abusing me with her words again and out of anger I slapped her, I even threatened to stab her if she ever talk to me in that manner again. I meant every word I said cos she went too far.

It was when I calmed down that I realized I took a very wrong action. I went to her the next morning, Knelt down and asked her for forgiveness, i really such action till today.

I was still working at the fuel station, that woman that was my surety was still very nice to me. I was saving the money she gives me at intervals plus my salary until I saved up to 90k and started looking for an apartment to rent.

While looking for an apartment, my cousin bro came from Owerri to Abia state and was also was in need of an apartment.

I already decided that I wanted to stay alone and focus but because it was my brother involved, I accepted for us to merge our money and we got an apartment

We had nothing in our apartment. No curtain, tiles, rug or carpet, hanger, chair, or even home appliances.

It was just a Small student bed belonging to my cousin brother, my school bag where i pack my clothes and his own bag.

We will always shut our door to avoid anyone looking inside our empty room.

We don't dare invite anyone to our house so they won't see what our room looked like.

I thought of a business to do and decided on roasting pork meat. I bought all the materials I needed.

Getting a spot for my business wasn't easy at all but I eventually got and I started roasting pork meat by the roadside.

The business is paying off more than I expected even though it is something so stressful.

Today to the glory of God, I single-handedly rented a new apartment just few weeks ago and I'm living comfortably.

I have all the home properties a bachelor should have and I'm still doing my business. I can now invite my younger ones to stay with me.

Now people tell me they wish to be like me or have the things I have but they do not know my story nor see my scars.

They're just seeing the Glory of God.. My cousin bro is also doing well for himself.

THE END

It seem like the AI hype is gradually fading away.

There was a lot of excitement about AI a few years ago. People were making predictions of how it it would change everything from the way we work to the way we see and interact with the world.

But now, it's becoming clear that AI isn't as all powerful as some people thought.

There are still a lot of challenges that need to be addressed before it can reach it's full potential.

I've tested quite a numbers of tools and I've discovered that AI systems are still in learning stage as they aren't good at understanding and responding to natural language.

Responses like "I can't assist you with that, as I'm only a language model and don't have the capacity to understand and respond" will help you get a clear picture that it's not yet in it's full capacity.

They can also be biased.

These systems often make mistakes. I was supposed to speak with an Indian client but our time zone got in our ways after we made a schedule.

So I jumped right on "Google Bard" to know the difference but lo and behold this bad boy got it wrong as it told me that Nigerians and Indians shares same time zone with a little difference.

I knew it was wrong, so I told Bard that there was a mistake somewhere. And immediately it admits and gave me the correct time after I've gotten the right response from another source.

These are just examples of AI chat bots, let's not talk about image generators and other AI powered tools like video ads and graphics.

With these results so far, the question still remains "Does AI really worth all the hype?"

Well, it's important to know that AI is still a relatively new field as it's only been around for a few decades and we are still learning how to use it effectively.

Though, I believe AI has the potential to be a very powerful tool in the future, but it's going to take time and effort to develop it to it's full potential.

If we are to be realistic with AI's capacities, we can say that it's not going to solve all of our problems now, and it's not going to replace humans anytime soon.

However, we must see AI as a valuable tool for improving our lives as we live to see it develop in the years to come.

I'm excited and I can't wait to see what the future holds for AI.

MY GOD, WHEN?

Part 8.

If only I had known, I would have abandoned Daniel.

I would have allowed him to suffer.

🤔He was the first person to approach me though, I had always wanted to be his friend.

Let me say I was his secret admirer not until he voiced it out.

So, I think we both loved each other at first sight. Yes, something mutual between us.

I didn't beg him to talk to me. I was this shy type.

But👇

I wish our paths never crossed.

If only he had not asked me to be his friend, my life would have been better.

It was actually love at first sight. I loved him because of his cute face. He is light in complexion. Tall guy. He has six pack.

His lips are pink. I just couldn't resist his lips. The lips some ladies were dying to have a taste of.

For months, I dreamt about him.

My joy knew no bound when he asked me to be his friend.

I didn't even think about it twice. Immediately, I agreed.

See what my life turned to.

Back to my story👇

After the incidence I told you about, we still became campus couples. I was actually afraid of losing him and that was why I sticked to him.

For him to tell me he had broken the relationship between him and Darasimi, my heart cleaved to him again. I was on the top of the world.

Dear reader, my real husband came to me. I missed it.

I fumbled!

I wish I could turn the hands of time.

He came but I chased him out of my life.

He came, Daniel's love blinded me.

He came😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

He happened to be someone well known to me.

He proposed to me. Immediately, I rejected him.

He really begged me. I said "no".

I insulted him. He cried that day.

He told me God told him I was his wife.

I told him I was engaged.

He went back in tears. Real tears.

I was so happy, Daniel was all mine. . I was sad at the same time.

"What if Daniel later dumps you ?" A voice whispered into my ears.

"I rebuke you, O ye evil spirits. I bound ye negative thoughts" I said.

I remembered that portion of the Bible that says: The desire of the righteous shall be granted.

"Daniel is my desire. It is granted and stamped. No one can reverse it. Although, I'm not a righteous person, Daniel is still mine." I said to myself as I was checking the mirror.

I was not ready to leave Daniel.

I took in again. This time, I aborted the pregnancy myself. I wasn't planning to tie Daniel down with pregnancy since he told me he had no other woman in his life.

I took an abortion pill.

I never knew it was expired.

Immediately I gulped it down with water, I couldn't explain what happened in my internal organs.

After some hours, I began to bleed.

"Damilola, did you use the drug under the bed?" Daniel asked.

I told him "yes".

Instantly, he rushed me to another hospital.

"Damilola, that was the drug I used for you some months ago" Daniel said.

I did not know where the strength to wail came from despite the fact that I was bleeding.

To cut the story short, I lost my womb. Yes, my womb was damaged.

When the news was revealed to Daniel, he didn't say anything. He had a mixed feeling.

I was expecting him to console me. I was expecting him to motivate me that all would be well.

He didn't say "jack".

I became a piece of trash in his sight.

What really pained me was that.....

To be continued

The three friends stepped out of the shopping mall with few things in their hands. They bought few things because Arabel was not in a good mood.

“Can we please stop at a coffee shop before heading home?” Arabella asked
“Yes!” Charvi and Zoe chorused
Arabella smiled.
“You both are sounding like twins” Arabella said
“We were just excited” They chorused again

“What am I perceiving? Is that the smell of poverty?” Addison asked
“I thought I was the only one perceiving it” Alodie added

“Zoe, did you hear that?” Charvi asked
“Heard what?” Zoe asked with interest
“Poverty can now be perceived” Charvi said with a smile
Arabella choke on her coffee as she chuckled
“I think is because they have gotten used to the smell” Zoe said
Arabella looked at her friends and smiled.
Addison face have turned red as a result of anger
“Addison let’s start going before we get infected with their ugly faces” Amy said
“I can’t even spend another seconds here again, as a result of their faces. A queens out!” Addison said
Charvi gave Zoe a high five as they walked out.

In terms of wealth, Addison family is the second richest in the world followed by Arabella’s family then Amy, Charvi and Alodie families. Zoe came from a average family.

Have you ever heard the popular saying that “Health is Wealth”? This gives a big meaning to our lives, as health is considered the most valuable and precious aspect of every individual’s life.

The saying “Health is Wealth” means that health is the biggest wealth anybody can have. Anything can be achieved if we have good health. It is not enough to have money alone we can make good use of wealth only if we have good health.

Good health is not only the absence of disease in the body but a complete physical, mental, social as well as spiritual well-being of an individual.

As the Spanish Proverb says, ‘A man who is too busy to take care of his health is like a mechanic too busy to take care of his tools’.

Health, considered the Biggest Wealth in Life, brings desired happiness, enjoyment and pleasure. This implies that health strongly influences a person’s capability to enjoy the wealth which he/she might have amassed.

The benefits of being healthy include:

All round well-being.
Increased chances of living longer.
Reduced chances of depression.
Having stronger muscles and bones.
Achieving or maintaining a healthy weight.
We must ask ourselves what is more important than my overall wellbeing? Get your early morning workout, eat healthy meals, form a healthy lifestyle and refrain from societal pressures.

It has never been more important to have multiple streams of income than it is today, remember the saying that goes "Do not put all your eggs in one basket". The current climate has shown us that no job is safe, so having more than one stream of income can help us spread our bets and ensure that we’re always covered financially.

An increasing number of individuals are creating multiple streams of income for themselves through side hustles or passive income sources. Having various sources of cash flow has become well-favored for good reason–there are a plethora of benefits including added financial security, paying down debt, and more.

If you’ve been thinking about adding additional sources of income to your finances, here are some great reasons why it would be beneficial for you.

Increased Financial Security

Workplaces change rapidly. People can get laid off unexpectedly and lose their job due to factors that are completely out of their control. Having more than one income stream ensures you have something to fall back on. If your main source of income fails you, you have something else that you can use. With multiple streams of income, it alleviates some money stress that a job loss can bring.

Helps Pay Down Debt

Paying off debt can be difficult, especially when you have multiple types, like credit card debt, mortgage, or vehicle loans. It can be hard to pay off these debts each month, especially if you have high interest rates. Making extra payments on existing debt might help you avoid paying a lot of interest, and will also help you pay off your debt faster.

Helps You Live Within Your Means

In order to increase your wealth, you must be able to live within your means. If you want to live within your means, you must either spend less or make more money. Cutting down expenses can be especially difficult with inflation and rising costs. If you can’t cut your expenses any further, adding an additional income source can help you cover more expenses and add to your savings and investments.

Rising Inflation

Inflation has made the cost of living expensive. Essential needs, such as gas and grocery prices, have been affected the most. In most cases, pay and salary are not keeping up with inflation. In fact, the majority of Canadians say their finances are being overtaken by rising costs.

Adding an extra income source can go a long way in paying for higher everyday costs. You’ll have extra money to spend on essentials, to put towards your savings and investments.

Opportunity to Work Less

Having more income streams might mean you can actually work less. Passive income, such as investments, digital products, and online courses, can give you increased flexibility in the amount of hours you need to work.

Maybe you’ll find yourself not needing to work overtime or exhausting yourself to get a pay raise. You can spend more time doing things you love, focusing on more exciting ways to make your own money, without worrying if you have enough to cover this month’s expenses.

Achieve Financial Independence

Financial independence can take many forms. Financial independence can mean getting rid of debt, having enough to retire, and more. The possibilities are endless.

By building and nurturing multiple streams of revenue, you will create options for yourself and your career that you probably wouldn’t have otherwise. Maybe you can take a job with more flexible hours, even if it means sacrificing a portion of your salary. Maybe it means that you can transition to working part time. Having multiple streams of income provides a reprieve from the financial anxieties of the future.
